As a Quant Associate Senior in the Data Analytics team, you collaborate with stakeholders to define goals and develop strategies that drive product performance and enhance user experience. You leverage advanced business intelligence techniques to inform product development and investment decisions, contributing to the success of Proprietary Wallets.

Job responsibilities

Own the reporting and automation function for the Proprietary Wallets Analytics teamImplement industry standards in reporting to ensure high data qualityTranslate business needs into data models that support long-term solutionsCreate data models using best practices to ensure data quality and reduce redundancyRationalize complex data sets for cross-organizational consumptionPartner with the Line of Business and Business Intelligence teams to understand requirements and objectivesCommunicate actionable insights from dashboards and analytics to diverse audiences

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage senior stakeholder conversationsIntermediate knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau, with experience in Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, SQL DB, and SnowflakeAbility to explain and translate complex dashboards and concepts into actionable insightsStrong initiative and ability to independently complete tasks while managing multiple prioritiesExcellent written and oral communication skills with operational business knowledge of processes, data, controls, and technology platformsIntellectual curiosity, drive for innovation, and eagerness to learnExperience in developing data models and reporting solutions

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Over ten years of industry experience in Business Intelligence or Data and Analytics with a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferredExperience in digital and product intelligence with a deep understanding of digital metrics and definitionsExpertise in digital behavioral data tools such as Adobe Analytics and proficiency with modern business intelligence tools including SQL, AWS, Hive, Hadoop, Spark, Python, and RStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse viewpoints
