Deliver high-quality reporting and automation solutions for Open Banking Data and AnalyticsIdeate and implement industry best practices to ensure data quality and reporting standardsTranslate business needs into robust data models supporting long-term solutionsCreate data models using best practices to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancyRationalize complex normalized data sets for ease of cross-organization consumptionPartner with business and analytics teams to understand requirements and objectivesFoster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Eight years of experience with advanced knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, and TableauExperience building and designing with Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, SQL DB, and SnowflakeAdept at explaining and converting complex dashboards for audiences of varying expertiseStrong critical and analytical thinking with attention to detailCapable of defining metrics, evaluating results, and drawing business insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
