Job responsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and deliver data-driven solutions for digital marketing performanceMonitor, analyze, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across web and mobile channelsGather, synthesize, and report data from multiple analytics platforms to provide actionable insightsImplement and manage tracking and analytics using tag management systems, maintaining documentation for solutionsConduct market and competitor research to inform digital marketing strategiesDesign and analyze A/B tests to evaluate marketing tactics and recommend optimizationsWrite and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction and analysisDevelop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization toolsOrganize and label reporting elements, enhance ad-hoc reporting capabilities for broad user communitiesMentor and coach team members, support talent onboarding and developmentFoster a culture of high performance and innovationRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (business, finance, economics, engineering, statistics, information systems, or mathematics)Five years of experience in data analytics, digital marketing analytics, web analytics, or data transformation and visualizationAdvanced skills in Excel and data visualization/dashboard creation using Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or AlteryxStrong database skills, including writing and optimizing SQL queries/scripts for data extraction and analysisDemonstrated ability to manage large, complex datasets and automate analytics processes across multiple data sourcesSolid understanding of IT processes, databases, and controls reportingStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficiency in web analytics platforms and SEO/SEM toolsFlexibility and adaptability to listen, defend, or change direction based on consensusSuperior judgment to mitigate risk and anticipate trendsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality analytics solutions under strict timelinesProven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teamsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in campaign analysis and performance optimization, ideally within financial services or consulting firmsProven ability to solve business problems using scientific analytics and translate data insights into strategiesStrong knowledge of big data disciplines, AWS, Agile methodologies, and innovative technologiesExperience with A/B testing platforms and tag management systemsExperience conducting market and competitor research to inform digital marketing strategiesAbility to communicate compelling stories from data, highlighting customer behaviors and trendsLifelong learner with a growth mindset, actively sharing knowledge with the teamExcellent communication skills, able to collaborate with senior leaders to support decision-making
