Job Summary:
As a Quant Analyst on the Home Lending Servicing Data & Analytics Team, you will collaborate with stakeholders in the Home Lending division to formulate quantifiable goals and develop strategies to achieve them. You will lead the execution of KPIs, trend analysis, dashboards, and analyses to enhance business performance, develop new products, and improve customer experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
Synthesize data from different sources to identify meaningful trends and patterns that enhance the customer experience. Perform data discovery to manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume data from various sources for Home Lending products. Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for operational improvements and employee efficiency. Convert data into actionable insights and use data visualization tools to effectively communicate findings. Extract data using SQL queries and optimize relational databases for efficiency. Identify opportunities with AI and Large Language Models (LLM) to improve processes. Work with business partners to evaluate needs, develop solutions, and implement them within budget and control requirements. Collaborate with IT groups to design infrastructure.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, analytical, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Technology, Data, and Analytics. Strong SQL knowledge, including complex queries and stored procedures. Experience with relational databases and query optimization. Ability to define metrics, evaluate results, and recommend system improvements. Critical and analytical thinking with a data-oriented mindset. Proficiency in developing advanced data visualizations and presentations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of Mortgage Servicing and Default operations.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Advanced analytics experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python, or Alteryx. Functional industry experience in operations, marketing, credit/risk, or finance. Prior experience leading data or analytic projects.Internal Application Eligibility Requirements
