As a Quant Analytics Associate within the Data and Analytics team, you will leverage data-promoten insights to improve customer journeys and operational performance.

Job responsibilities

Lead and support partnerships with key Operations stakeholders and Product groups, applying strong business and data expertiseProvide analytics leadership to Product strategy groups across the CCB Operations organizationDevelop and report on Operations performance metrics and KPIs using advanced analytical methodsAnalyze customer interactions across multiple channels to identify friction points and improvement opportunitiesBuild business cases, design tests, and analyze program performance to inform customer strategiesPrepare and deliver presentations of insights and recommendations to executives and business partnersCreate automated visualizations and self-service tools using Tableau, Adobe Analytics, SQL, and Alteryx

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or related fieldFive years of experience in data analytics or a related fieldHands-on experience with at least four of the following: SQL, Python, SAS, Tableau, AlteryxExperience sourcing, transforming, and analyzing structured and unstructured dataStrong understanding of data mining, statistical concepts, forecasting, and predictive modelingExcellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage senior leadersDemonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
