Quant Analytics [Multiple Positions Available]

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Build analytical tools for AI and ML. Utilize advanced techniques to process large datasets through API calling for text categorization via AI and ML using multiprocessing and multi-agent systems. Implement and adhere to risk control and compliance measures by developing and maintaining robust data governance frameworks. Audit and monitor data and analytics processes to identify and mitigate potential risks. Convert data to actionable insights and leverage data visualization tools to effectively tell a story. Design and develop interactive Excel and PPT reports. Define metrics, evaluate results, and draw conclusions and insights to design and recommend system or process improvements. Work with business partners to evaluate needs, develop end-to-end solutions, and implement those solutions. Automate the production of recurring reports and dashboards. Leverage marketing analytics to design experimentation constructs and conduct A/B testing to evaluate effectiveness. Use statistical significance and confidence intervals to ensure reliable results, optimizing strategies based on conversion rates and engagement metrics to enhance marketing impact and drive growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics Associate, Data Science Associate, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics Associate, Data Science Associate, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Building AI and ML analytical tools with prompt engineering, accuracy assessment techniques, and LLM training for text categorization; Processing datasets through API calling for text categorization via AI and ML using multiprocessing in PySpark and multi-agent systems; Designing interactive Excel and PPT reports with functionalities including data analysis add-ons, pivots, VBA, and VBScript; Pulling and summarizing datasets using SQL or Python, including complex queries and stored procedures; Defining metrics, evaluating results, and drawing conclusions to design and recommend system or process improvements; Automating the production of recurring reports and dashboards using Tableau, SQL, or Python; Designing experimentation constructs and conducting A/B testing to evaluate UI enhancements to web and mobile properties and marketing campaigns.

Full-Time. Salary:  $169,541 - $169,541 per year.
