🛠️ What You'll Do

As a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Quality Tester, you’ll ensure our forging multiples meet rigorous industry standards through precision testing and inspection. Responsibilities include:

Conduct ultrasonic, etch, and dimensional inspections to identify surface and subsurface defectsFollow industry standards and internal quality control methodsMaintain clean, calibrated, and properly functioning inspection equipmentRecord complete and accurate test results and inspection reportsPerform multi-etch inspections and blasting of etched materialsPrepare for and pass Level 1 ultrasonic inspector qualificationSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the cellHelp maintain immersion tanks for optimal testing accuracyWear appropriate PPE and follow safety guidelines at all timesAdditional duties may be assigned as needed

Experience in quality inspection or testingStrong attendance and communication skillsWillingness to work non-standard shiftsPhysically able to ascend/descend stairs, lift 25 lbs., and perform duties requiring mobility

Additional Requirements

High School diploma or equivalentU.S. Citizenship required due to contract specifications

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.90/hr.
