Quality Technician - Weekend Shift
Seeking Quality Control (QC) Technicians for a Weekend Shift in Longmont!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven QC Technician to join our team in the medical device manufacturing industry. This role is essential to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and compliance. You will be responsible for inspecting components and finished devices, using precision tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform visual and functional inspections of components and finished medical devices at various stages of the manufacturing process.Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gage blocks/pins, measuring microscopes, and height gages to verify product specifications.Follow established inspection procedures and regulatory standards to ensure product compliance.Identify and document defects or non-conformities and work with production and engineering teams to resolve issues.Conduct final inspections and quality checks before product release.Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections and test results.Participate in root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive action initiatives.Shift & Pay RangeWeekend Shift: Fri-Sun, $20-$26/hourQualificationsExperience in quality inspection or quality control, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment.Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and inspection techniques.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Effective communication and collaboration abilities.Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with quality standards such as ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.Experience working in cleanroom environments.Knowledge of metrology and inspection methodologies.High attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.What We OfferA collaborative and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional development and long-term career growth.The chance to contribute to products that improve and save lives.A clean, well-organized facility with a dedicated quality team.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
