Description Perform product audits on the production floor Support specification reviews and communicate quality requirements Conduct and document test procedures (air/water/structural testing) Build and install test fixtures and prototypes Use measurement tools (tape measures, calipers, micrometers) to verify parts Partner with Quality Engineers, Operations, and OPD teams to resolve issues Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions Maintain quality documentation and standard work instructions Assist with calibration and care of quality/test equipment Attend daily shift debriefs and contribute to continuous improvement activities Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong computer skills Technical degree or related education preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Comfortable working on the production floor Measurement tool familiarity (training provided) Interest in long-term growth within Quality Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Dubuque, IA.
