As a Quality Technician, you will be an integral part of the Manufacturing Engineering department, supporting cross-functional teams including Vehicle Engineering, Corporate Quality, and Supplier Quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to thrive in this innovative environment.

What's the Job?

Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models to understand part design and assembly processes Perform root cause analysis on vehicle components and record findings accurately Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate troubleshooting and problem resolution Develop, document, and update troubleshooting techniques and quality procedures Create and maintain quality documentation, including control plans and inspection standards

What's Needed?

Associates Degree with 4-6 years of experience as a quality technician or High School Diploma/GED with 6-8 years of relevant experience Ability to read technical drawings and understand CAD models Broad technical background in mechanical and electrical systems Experience performing root cause analysis and working with PFMEA and Control Plans Strong communication skills and attention to detail
