Job Title: Quality Technician

Pay Range: $20–$25/hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM; Friday: 5:00 AM–1:30 PM

Responsibilities

Conduct quality inspections on materials and products.Use precision measuring instruments to assess dimensions and tolerances.Analyze and report inspection data, trends, and recommendations.Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.Maintain quality system documentation.Participate in internal audits.Support the development of quality assurance protocols.

Essential Skills

1+ years of experience in a quality technician role.Experience in weld inspection preferred.Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.Proficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gages).Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Effective communication skills.High school diploma or GED required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

AWS Certification preferred.Trade school or vocational training is a plus.
