Quality Technician

Our client, a leader in the healthcare and diagnostic industry, is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting manufacturing testing and analytical processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Quality Technician
**Location: Newark, DE**
**Pay Range:** $28.25-30.00
**Shift:** 8:00am - 4:30pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform analytical testing on instruments such as Titrator, Karl Fisher, UV-VIS, Spectrophotometer, and pH meter
+ Conduct manufacturing-related testing on diagnostic equipment including Dimension, DM Vista, SCS Stratus, ADVIA Centaur, and Atellica analyzers
+ Analyze and interpret large sets of test data, creating graphs and charts using Excel or LIMS
+ Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on laboratory instruments
+ Troubleshoot issues during testing processes and participate in cross-functional teams as needed
**What's Needed?**
+ 3-5 years of laboratory or analytical testing experience
+ Knowledge of quality management systems, FDA, QSR, ISO, and IVDD standards
+ Proficiency with analytical instruments and testing methodologies
+ Strong mathematical, statistical, and computer skills, including MS Office, SAP, LIMS
+ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively
