**NOW HIRING: QUALITY TECHNICIAN/ "CMM" PROGRAMMER** **Pay: $30-40/hr** **LOCATION: WILLIAMSBURG, IA** **2nd & 3rd Shift Available** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CMM Operator to join our team. This position requires proficiency in interpreting blueprints, math data, and various reports. The ideal candidate will be able to work on the 2nd or 3rd shift and will receive training on the 1st shift. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret blueprints, math data, reports, instructions, and guidelines. + Utilize MSA and SPC techniques effectively, with training provided. + Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) in daily tasks. + Operate and use measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. + Operate Brown & Sharp DCC Coordinate Measuring Machine. + Understand how job performance affects product quality and customer satisfaction. + Build and maintain positive employee relations. + Prepare, read, and interpret written reports, instructions, procedures, and guidelines. + Operate personal computers and applications within a MS Windows operating system. + Present information effectively and respond to questions from management, employees, suppliers, and customers. + Safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance and use slings and hoists. + Maintain punctuality and a good attendance record. + Maintain confidentiality and use discretion and tact. + Manage and schedule multiple priorities to meet deadlines. + Work flexible hours and overtime as necessary. + Perform job responsibilities with minimal direct supervision. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and math data. + Experience with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers. + Knowledge in quality control, inspection, and assurance processes. + Experience with CMM programming and operation. + Strong understanding of GD&T principles. **APPLY DIRECTLY TO POSTING IF INTERESTED** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $27.50 - $30.00/hr.
