**Job Title: Quality Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team in Minerva, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting various tests and measurements in the lab, ensuring product quality and adherence to standards. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a schedule from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. **Responsibilities** + Perform testing in the lab including destructive, dimension, bend, hardness, and tensile/strength testing. + Test and inspect products to ensure they meet manufacturing specifications and quality standards. + Follow ASTM test standards and ISO 9001:2015 standards for quality assurance. + Address and resolve quality issues as they arise. + Calibrate measuring devices as needed. + Document data in Excel by creating new forms and maintaining QC charting. **Essential Skills** + Quality assurance, documentation, and testing skills. + Proficiency in precision measuring tools and blueprint reading. + Experience in manufacturing quality assurance. + Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel and data management. + Familiarity with root cause analysis and quality control processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of ASTM test standards. + Experience with tubing and metallurgy. + Comfortable working with hazardous materials. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company that prides itself on its supportive culture and offers excellent benefits, including health and medical insurance through Aultcare, basic dental and vision plans, a 401(k) with match, and uniforms. The facility is family-owned, with leadership regularly present on the floor. Enjoy a nice, clean, safe, and climate-controlled lab environment, working alongside a team of two inspectors and one assistant. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minerva, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
