What's in it for you? + **$17.50+/hr DOE** + **2nd shift 3pm-11:05pm** + Paid training + Full time hours + Clean and safe work environment **Primary Responsibilities:** + Monitors auditing activities for compliance to print and customer requirements. + Monitors and reviews basic charts for accuracy and reactions. + Provides guidance and instruction to Team Leaders and direct Operators regarding inspection and quality activities. + Ensures the correct documentation is available and in use per quality requirements. + Ensures that correct gauges are in use and properly maintained. + Maintains necessary records and reports as per company specific procedures. + Reviews quality documentation including statistical evidence and product certification for incoming materials. + Actively participates in problem solving activities for the customer and suppliers. + Ensures Housekeeping and Health & Safety Standards are maintained. + Complies with policies and procedures pertaining to the facility. + Utilizes the concepts of continuous improvement including Lean. + May, on occasion, be required to perform duties other than those specified in this description.
