Job Description

The Quality Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards by serving as a liaison between Quality Inspectors and Engineers. This position involves managing non-conformance reports from inception to resolution, conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and communicating findings effectively to Manufacturing Engineers and the production floor.

ResponsibilitiesAct as a liaison between Quality Inspectors and Engineers.Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) from initiation to resolution, including investigation and root cause analysis.Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).Communicate non-conformance issues to Manufacturing Engineers and the production floor.Essential SkillsQuality inspection experience, including in-process and final inspection.Proficiency in documentation and verification processes.3+ years of quality inspection experience.1+ years of experience in lean manufacturing and clean room documentation.1+ years of visual inspection experience.Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a medical field is a plus.Experience with machined parts is desirable.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This position is within a highly regulated medical device company, featuring an air-conditioned building with excellent lighting and cleanliness. The departments are organized, offering a comfortable and efficient workspace. The company employs approximately 70-90 individuals and boasts a very low turnover rate. The Quality Department is not a clean room, ensuring a pleasant working atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $30.00/hr.
