**Job Title: Quality Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as a Quality Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products by utilizing your expertise in blueprint interpretation and measuring equipment. **Responsibilities** + Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards. + Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) using Pc-Dmis software. + Record and maintain all quality logs to track inspection data. + Reduce scrap by conducting accurate first-off line inspections and identifying when machines produce poor-quality parts. + Operate a CMM with precision and efficiency. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Experience working with measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and verniers. + 3+ years of experience in a quality role. + Proficiency in CMM operation and programming. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong mathematical and trigonometry skills. + Experience with Windows Office Suite, including MS Excel. + Knowledge of ISO 9002 standards. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, along with 10 paid holidays.
