🔍 About the RoleAre you passionate about food safety and quality? Join our team as aTechnical Quality Assurance Specialistand play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. You'll be on the front lines of quality control—inspecting, documenting, and using specialized tools to maintain excellence in every batch.
🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesConduct visual inspections for foreign materials, blemishes, and mold.Accurately document quality attributes like size, color, brix, and defects.Operate QA tools including thermometers, refractometers, calipers, and metal detectors.Perform line pre-op inspections, swabbing, and complete QA checklists.Follow protocols for sample retention and pathogen testing.Prepare and label sample analysis.Maintain detailed records in Excel, Google Sheets, or internal QA systems.Communicate any non-conformance issues clearly to supervisors.✅ What We’re Looking ForExperience in food quality assurance or a related field.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.Reliable, punctual, and a great communicator.Familiarity with QA logs, batch records, and traceability systems is a plus!🌱 Why Join Us?Competitive pay at $20/hourOvertime opportunities availableSupportive team environmentGrowth and advancement potentialWork in a dynamic, safety-focused settingIf you're ready to make a difference in food safety and quality, we want to hear from you!
