Job Description
The Quality Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality within the company. This position involves entering weights for the QA department, identifying physical defects, and preparing monthly reports. You will be responsible for calibrating Food Scan equipment and conducting Chlorine checks as needed. Additionally, you will enforce the company’s good manufacturing practice program. Flexibility is essential, as the role includes filling in for second shifts, start-ups, and weekends.

Work Environment
The work environment frequently requires standing, lifting, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, smelling, listening, speaking, and seeing to perform essential job duties. Work conditions vary, with temperatures ranging from 30 to 110 degrees in processing departments. Hours are from 4:15 AM to 4 PM, and flexibility in quitting time is required based on production needs.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $45760.00/yr.
