Pay Range: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour (DOE & shift)

Day Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Shift 1A: Sunday–Tuesday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM & Wednesday, 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM Shift 2B: Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM & Wednesday, 12:00 AM – 6:00 AMAbout the Role

Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Qualify Tech I to support their operations team. This role focuses on ensuring product quality, supporting production teams, and helping uphold the organization’s quality standards. A strong teamwork mindset, solid problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities Conduct and document audits on all product lines and cables to verify compliance with company requirements before packaging and shipment. Visually inspect assembled devices and cables to ensure they meet job-specific standards and identify any defects. Assist in determining finished goods quality status and escalate concerns to the Team Lead prior to shipment. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and resource for operations staff. Provide hands-on support to production teams to meet customer demands. Act as backup for Quality Tech II when needed. Support First Article Inspection Reports. Help address customer concerns and contribute to effective solutions. Assist in calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment. Interpret, write, and implement quality standards and procedures. Prepare, maintain, and organize test data for review. Identify opportunities for quality control improvements and assist with implementing new methods. Communicate quality or compliance concerns promptly. Collect and record scrap data.Qualifications High School Diploma or relevant quality/assembly experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an assembly environment, metal manufacturing environment or equivalent training. Ability to read and interpret Work Orders and technical drawings. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Strong professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stand throughout the shift; bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs required. Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel). Familiarity with inspection auditing.
