Join a respected manufacturing team as a Quality Technician and play a key role in ensuring products meet quality and performance standards. This position involves hands-on inspection, testing, and data analysis to maintain consistent product quality throughout production. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a solid understanding of measurement tools and inspection processes. If you enjoy problem-solving and take pride in accuracy, this opportunity is a great fit for you.Responsibilities:
· Perform inspection of in-process, final-stage, domestic, and imported products
· Evaluate and process non-conforming material reports
· Conduct shipping audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
· Perform process capability studies and SPC data analysis, providing recommendations based on findings
· Set up measurement equipment and perform micro-analysis, including microhardness and carburization/decarburization testingQualifications and Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous gauging experience and knowledge of optical comparators
· Basic knowledge of testing and measuring equipment
· Previous experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control)
· Tow motor experience preferred
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints Benefits and Perks:
