_We are looking for you to join our team as a_ **_Quality Systems Assistant 2_** _based out of_ **_Rolling Meadows, IL_** _._
**_What You’ll get to Do:_**
_The Quality Systems Assistant 2 will perform a variety of activities in support of the Calibration Lab, including, but not limited to:_
+ _Provide direct customer support, developing and maintaining positive customer relations._
+ _Takes and processes transactional requests by telephone, internet, and correspondence from custodians._
+ _Enters and maintains database records of Measurement and Test Equipment and prepares and distributes recall reports._
+ _Ensure incoming vendor calibrations meet calibration requirements._
+ _Review and complete inspections of calibration records according to requirements._
+ _Complete calibration database updates and label Measurement and Test Equipment accordingly and properly label Test Equipment._
+ _Receives equipment from customers and outside vendors._
+ _Document vendor calibrations, recording activities in the calibration tracking database._
+ _Compile, review, and analyze data from the internal database to document performance metrics._
+ _Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office._
+ _Must be skilled in Microsoft Excel, prepare reports, generate spreadsheets, charts, presentations, and other forms of correspondence._
+ _Should have strong oral/written communication skills along with the ability to interact effectively with coworkers, customers, and outside vendors._
+ _Ability to frequently move and position objects weighing 35lbs, unassisted._
**_Basic Qualifications Quality Systems Assistant 2:_**
+ _High School Diploma and 2 year(s) of system support experience to include demonstrated capability in computer skills._
+ _Minimum of 1+ year(s) of asset management database work experience._
+ _Experienced user of SAP._
+ _Ability to obtain a DOD security clearance_
+ _U.S. Citizen_
**_Preferred Qualifications Quality Systems Assistant 2:_**
+ _Experienced in the calibration field or other quality functions._
+ _Active Secret clearance preferred._
+ _Experienced user of SAP._

Primary Level Salary Range: $43,700.00 - $72,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
