Quality Supervisor
**Job Title: Quality Supervisor** Job Description Lead and manage the QA team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations within the plant, oversee daily quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products. Monitor sanitation efforts and collaborate with third-party sanitation companies. Investigate customer complaints and internal quality issues, aiding in the development of solutions. Maintain and update all quality-related documents to ensure compliance. Contribute to the improvement of processes and systems to enhance overall quality. Responsibilities + Lead and manage the QA team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews. + Ensure the plant follows food safety regulations. + Oversee daily quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products. + Monitor sanitation efforts and work closely with third-party sanitation companies. + Investigate customer complaints and internal quality issues, and assist in finding solutions. + Keep track of all quality-related documents and ensure they are up-to-date and compliant. + Help improve processes and systems to enhance quality across the board. Essential Skills + Supervision + Quality Assurance + GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) + Quality control + Quality management Additional Skills & Qualifications + At least 3 years of leadership experience in food manufacturing QA. + Experience with audits and regulatory inspections. + Proficiency in computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
