Job Description
This position is responsible for the overall leadership and supervision of the Quality department. The Quality Supervisor assists in planning, coordinating, and directing the quality assurance program to ensure continuous production meets established standards. The role involves supporting and assisting co-workers and direct reports in testing and inspecting materials and processes at various production stages. Additionally, the Quality Supervisor evaluates results and statistical data to maintain the quality and reliability of products. The position aims to drive performance to meet or exceed financial plans and strategic goals while fostering a high-performance culture.
ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the Quality department.Assist the Director of Operations and/or Operations Manager in the planning and coordination of the quality assurance program.Support co-workers and direct reports in testing and inspecting materials and processes.Evaluate results and statistical data to maintain product quality and reliability.Drive performance to achieve financial plans and strategic goals.Leverage resources and motivate personnel to create a high-performance culture.Essential SkillsSupervision skillsProduction supervisionQuality inspectionQuality controlExperience in aerospaceAdditional Skills & QualificationsTrains, directs, supervises, and assists all personnel as directed by the accountable manager.Determine if the customer's limited work scope can be accomplished despite other damage or discrepancies noted.Minimum of six years’ experience as an inspector in a quality control or inspection department.Minimum of two years leadership experience.Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Carson, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
