Process and self-Management:
Be an integral part of this growing teamBe a back-up of Team Manager in order to meet SLAs on Accuracy, productivity and TAT as per agreed standardsTo be a Subject Matter Expert and support in achieving the agreed SLAs, ideate and drive process improvements, calibrate and streamline processes across similar functions and mentor team membersResponsible for delivering on complex cases in the team with accuracy thereby ensuring clientsatisfaction Internal review and auditEnsures up-skilling of teams as per requirementIs the SPOC for process related issues and changesEscalates delays and queries appropriately after due investigationRegularly update process manuals & is responsible for creation of SOPs for new processesParticipates in process update sessions, Process Knowledge Tests, training and coaching sessionsEnsure adherence to policies & procedures as per organization’s standards and laid out SOPsEnsure operational risks are highlighted on time and escalate the same to proper authorities for corrective actionAdheres to data and information security guidelinesContribute to achieving the Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business objectivesAdheres to Company policies and is in compliance at all times.Maintains performance standards. Graduate in any field2-3 years of experience of Senior Associate / Quality Supervisor / Quality ManagerHave worked in Insurance Broking related services like Policy Admin, Policy Review, US & Canada Certificate or US LicensingProficient/expert in English along with the local language, only CV's in English will be considered.What makes you stand out:
Insurance certification from The Institutes, USAPost-Graduation/Certificate Courses in InsuranceAny prior experience on any insurance processCommunication & InfluencingAnalytical ability & Decision MakingPlanning and OrganizingPrioritization with Client FocusMS-Office skillsNorth America Proof of Insurance or Certificates processing experience would be mandatory.
