Quality Review and Audit Advisor, Network Audit - Express Scripts - Remote

Provides advanced professional input to complex Quality Assurance/Audit assignments/projects. Supports and provides direction to more junior professionals. Assists in the development of audit policies and procedures. Using independent judgment and discretion, may recommend changes in processing procedures. May be directly involved in complex audits. Works autonomously, requiring only “expert”- level technical support from others. Exercises judgment in evaluating, selecting, and adapting both standard and complex techniques and procedures. Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends, within Quality Review and Audit.

QUALIFICATIONS

BA/BS Degree preferred, HS Diploma requiredAt least 1 years related pharmacy quality audit experiencePC skills, including Microsoft Office; Strong Access and Excel Skills required.Data warehouse (Teradata/SQL), Visual Basic, and report writing experience strongly preferred. Effective communication skills with customers in other business units at all levelsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsProject Management/organizational skillsAbility to work cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and provide recommendations for quality improvement effortsDemonstrate ability to quickly identify the business needs, prioritize tasks, and execute on meeting critical deliverables.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 78,800 - 131,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
