In this role you will get to manage **all Quality Management tasks (internal and external).** **What You'll Be Doing:** + Reviews documents, witnesses audited activities, prepares checklists, performs audits, and prepares final reports. + Analyzes audit findings to determine program quality and identify trends. + Promotes a uniform Corrective Action/Preventive Action and Non-conformance tracking program.Ensures compliance with Parsons’ and Client quality requirements. + Prepares project/program Quality manuals, plans, and procedures. + Verifies that Parsons and customers’ quality requirements are in compliance + Requires strong leadership and supervisory ability and expert knowledge of Quality Management practices, processes and current technology + Requires thorough experience in directing and implementing quality management systems and standards specified by ISO 9000, ASME, ANSI, ASTM and similar organizations + Clear communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills + Ability to analyze business situations (ROI, cost per unit) + Effective written, verbal, analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
