Quality Manager
Job Title: Quality ManagerJob Description

Lead the Quality Management System with a focus on defining and managing product quality goals and QA plans. Implement and continuously improve inspection, testing, and evaluation procedures, ensuring readiness for internal, customer, and regulatory audits. Lead ISO 9001 compliance and preparation for AS9100, while establishing and optimizing centralized QA/QC systems.

ResponsibilitiesOversee incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections.Monitor and validate critical performance parameters.Manage RMA processes, failure analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.Manage supplier quality for RF components, PCBs, connectors, cables, and passive/active RF devices.Conduct supplier audits and verify material/component quality.Serve as primary customer contact for quality issues.Oversee non-conformance tracking and CAPA implementation.Recommend production process improvements to reduce costs and improve quality.Essential SkillsProficiency in quality assurance and quality management systems.Experience with ISO 9001 compliance and electronics manufacturing.Strong skills in root cause analysis, corrective action plans, and PFMEA.Solid understanding of electronic manufacturing and test processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Quality, or related field.5+ years of quality experience in electronics or RF/telecommunications manufacturing.2+ years in a quality leadership or management role.Strong experience with RMA management, failure analysis, and CAPA systems.Work Environment

This role involves significant interaction with the VP of Engineering and includes managing a QC Inspector. The company is experiencing significant growth, introducing new products, and requires support to help grow the business.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fair Lawn, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
