And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come. **We are looking for:** + One Quality Management professional with quality assurance, quality control and team management experience to oversee the laboratories and set expectations to meet the expectations of the clients and the site management team. **We count on you for:** + Ensure SHE policies and procedures are in place for the lab. + Maintain staff of well-trained QC Engineers and Technicians + Responsible for developing quality system and procedures, as well as obtaining necessary quality accreditations for the facility. + Organize/develop annual Site quality objectives + Lead and Coordinate internal/external quality audits. + Lead the site quality management review. + Perform all management system document control. + Implement and analyze the customer satisfaction measurements + Be the site Coordinator for MOC(Management of Changes)and CCIR (Customer Complaint Investigation Report)systems. + Responsible for performing and coordinating timely, efficient testing of raw materials, in-process and finished products. + Ensure that testing methods are standardized and compliant with appropriate specifications and certifications.. + Participate in problem solving for customer complaints; coordinate to handle customer complaints. Establish new test methods for developed products and customer requirements. + Review the possibilities for continuous improvement by using multiple six sigma and lean management tools. **You can count on us for:** + Career development opportunities within a dynamic organization. **You will bring:** + Bachelor degree or above in the related area + More than 10 years’ experience in quality assurance and quality control.
