Responsibilities + Lead and drive quality excellence by collaborating with various functional leads to ensure quality capabilities meet or exceed manufacturing requirements and standards. + Guide engineers in responding effectively to customer feedback or Corrective Action Preventative Actions (CAPAs) and follow up with quality metrics set in the quality plan. + Provide technical leadership to site operations by establishing the technology roadmap and working closely with corporate and regional technical teams for quality development and improvements. + Lead operational product and process quality improvements using function-appropriate tools such as CAPAs or audits. + Demonstrate core values and hold the team accountable, focusing on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employee development and coaching.
