Position Overview
Responsible for strengthening and advancing the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) through targeted improvements, while promoting a culture centered on ongoing operational enhancement using Lean, Six Sigma, and related process‑improvement tools.
Essential DutiesQuality Management System (QMS):
Review, update, and refine the current QMS to support organizational expansion and align with evolving industry standards.Maintain adherence to ISO requirements and all other relevant regulatory expectations.Audits & Compliance:
Organize, execute, and oversee both internal and external audit activities.Create and manage corrective and preventive action strategies in response to identified gaps.Continuous Improvement:
Guide Lean and Six Sigma efforts to streamline processes and minimize inefficiencies.Lead improvement initiatives across manufacturing, operations, and supporting departments.Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Measures:
Analyze product or process issues using structured problem‑solving techniques.Implement robust corrective and preventive actions to prevent repeat issues.Leadership & Culture:
Champion a workplace culture that emphasizes ownership, quality, and operational excellence.Train and coach employees on quality expectations, methods, and best‑practice standards.Metrics & Reporting:
Establish and track key performance metrics related to quality outcomes.Communicate quality trends, risk areas, and progress on improvements to leaders.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree in quality-related studies or a comparable mix of education and hands-on experience that supports strong job performance.Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a similar discipline (Master’s degree is a plus).At least 5 years of experience working in quality oversight or management within a manufacturing setting.Solid understanding of ISO 9001 requirements and certification practices.Experience working with Lean principles, Six Sigma tools, and continuous improvement systems (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is advantageous).Demonstrated ability to perform root cause investigations and drive corrective measures.Experience in coordinating audits and maintaining regulatory compliance.Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and analytical thinking skills.Skilled in using Microsoft Office programs and database or record‑keeping systems.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
