TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a Quality Manager position in Greer, SC.\n
Overall Purpose\n
The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring a company's policies and procedures comply with regulatory and ethical standards. Quality Manager will be required to travel within the area to perform regular audits, implement company policies, and design control systems.\n
The Quality Manager will perform duties at the professional level in some or all of the following functional areas: quality operating system functions, ISO\/IATF\/AS Technical Specification, employee relations, training, etc. Maintain proper company documentation. Must be sensitive to company needs, employee goodwill, requirements\/goodwill, and industry standards.\n

Responsibilities\n
Client relationship & Business development\n\nWorks with support and site teams to standardize and refine existing processes \nInterface with customers for specific quality needs\nAssists support and site teams on specific customer needs and expectations\nWorks directly with teams and customers on non-conformance issues\nAssists in maintaining Customer-mandated safety and insurance requirements \nAssists sites and departments in the creation of procedures and work instructions\nAssists region\/site with quality related question or issues\nManage schedules and performs internal audits\nSupports Corrective Action investigation and documentation\nSupports Continuous Improvement projects\nPrepares and chairs Health & Safety Committee meetings\nAnalyzes company Health & Safety data\nAssists Health & Safety Committee in reviewing policies and standards\nComplies with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies\nCreates and updates core quality system documentation, procedures and work standards\nEstablishes and develops Management Reviews\nAssists company in compliance management\nUpdate and manage the QMS files in the company portal\nCommunicates with site and company Management on audit results\nAssists Management in establishing and reviewing company and operational KPIs and other metrics\nMakes specific recommendations based on quality systems needs and metrics\nAnalyzes data collected that support the QMS, Quality Policy and Scope of Business\nRecommends, supports and assists Management in driving quality and process improvements and financial waste reduction\nUpdates company portal\nManage the QSM programs, Lead Auditor Trained\nCreates robust documentation management systems using e-tools\nPursuit of activities required to achieve and maintain ISO9001 registration\nCreate electronic work instructions and navigate company websites and portals\n\n

Overall recommendations\n\nHeavy Automotive experience in Quality\/Operations\nExperience in warehouse operations- sorting, inspection, packaging and shipping (inbound and outbound)\nStrong communication skills- written, computer, verbal\nExpert MS Office software- Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word\nFamiliarity with automotive supplier requirements\nISO\/TS 16949, 9001 & IATF Audit experience and \/ or training\nEfficient time management \/ multi-tasking \/ team working skills in a high pressure environment\nExperience with problem solving, statistical, and analytical skills.\nExperience leading and managing employees \/ teams.\nExperience in Quality Operations \nSQE certification is a plus\n\n
