The role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and high‑quality operations across the site. This includes enforcing safe systems of work, maintaining a safe working environment, and ensuring employees and contractors are properly trained, equipped, and supervised. The position oversees all Quality Control (QC) activities, including management of QC systems, site‑manufactured batch quality, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. It leads and develops the QC team, manages audits and investigations, and ensures compliance with internal standards, ISO9001/14001 requirements, and SW Quest Quality Standards. The role also supports production teams in problem solving, drives reductions in distressed batches and OTMIS, and ensures timely completion of safety, quality, and operational actions.
