Job Description
The Quality Manager will be responsible for identifying quality control problems and initiating, recommending, and providing solutions for non-compliance issues in accordance with industry regulations and the company's Quality Control System. This role involves accurate and timely recording of all corrective actions taken to resolve quality issues and leading the company's overall approach to quality management.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and resolve quality control problems.Ensure compliance with the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Division 1, National Board Inspection Code, Jurisdictional Requirements, and the Company's Quality Control System.Record corrective actions accurately and in a timely manner.Lead and execute the company's approach to quality management.Essential Skills4+ years of experience in a Quality Manager role.Experience in fabrication, including welding and fitting.Ability to read blueprints and understand weld symbols.Knowledge of material specifications numbers for various materials.Additional Skills & QualificationsCWI certification is a significant plus.Experience with quality assurance, metal fabrication, weld inspection, and data entry.Knowledgeable in NDT inspection, quality engineering, and the Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Division 1.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment spans across four buildings on a 6-acre site with 50,000 square feet of production floor space. The largest products manufactured are over 100 feet long and weigh over 60 tons. Employees are expected to have working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe, and Autodesk software.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
