Job Title: Quality Manager

Job Description

Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with AS9100 standards. Lead internal audits, customer audits, and third-party certification audits. Develop and implement quality procedures, inspection protocols, and control plans. Program, operate, and troubleshoot Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) using software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or equivalent. Review and approve First Article Inspections (FAIs) per AS9100 requirements. Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs).

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure parts meet GD&T and customer specifications.Train and mentor quality inspectors and machinists on inspection techniques, CMM usage, and quality standards.Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns and supplier quality issues.Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Essential SkillsProficiency in CMM programming.Knowledge of AS9100 standards.Experience with PC-DMIS software.Strong in quality management and machined parts.Additional Skills & Qualifications10+ years of Quality Management experience within a machine shop is preferred.Why Work Here

The pay range for this position is $74880.00 - $83200.00/yr.
