**Job Title: Quality Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality operations and operational quality systems for our next-generation intraoral scanner devices. This role is critical to ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) excellence across manufacturing while maintaining a compliant and high-performing Quality Management System (QMS). **Responsibilities** + Oversee day-to-day quality functions across production. + Maintain and improve QMS in accordance with ISO and internal standards. + Lead root cause investigations, 8D corrective actions, and internal audits. + Drive initiatives for scrap reduction, first-pass yield, and inspection effectiveness. + Support document control, training programs, and process validations. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or operations. + Strong knowledge of QMS frameworks, ideally in a regulated environment (ISO or similar). + Familiarity with ISO13485, FDA QSR, CE MDR standards. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Quality assurance and quality control expertise. **Why Work Here?** We offer a unique opportunity for a Quality Specialist looking to advance their career into management.
