Job Title: Quality Manager

Job Description

The Quality Manager will oversee a small team of two inspectors, ensuring that the quality management system (QMS) is effectively maintained and continuously improved. The role requires a strategic approach to quality assurance, focusing on compliance with industry standards and internal quality protocols.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring all information is current and accurate.Ensure familiarity and compliance with ISO 9000-2015 standards.Utilize micrometers, calipers, and gauges effectively.Lead and manage a team of two quality inspectors.Develop and improve work instructions and quality procedures.Essential SkillsExperience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).Familiarity with ISO 9000-2015 standards.Proficiency in quality inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers.Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).Experience in quality engineering and audits.Ability to develop corrective action plans.Additional Skills & QualificationsAmerican Petroleum Institute (API) Q1 10th edition certification preferred but not required.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
