**Job Title: Quality Manager**
**Position Summary**
The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems and procedures to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations. This role will lead quality improvement initiatives, manage audits, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive a culture of quality throughout the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
+ Lead internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up.
+ Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics; implement corrective and preventive actions.
+ Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
+ Train and mentor staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
+ Ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, or other relevant regulatory bodies (as applicable).
**Work Environment**
This role is based in a large, family-owned manufacturing facility covering 180K square feet. The environment is loud, diverse, and clean, with controlled conditions.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valencia, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $45.00/hr.
