The WW Grocery team is looking for Quality Manager who is passionate about ensuring our products meet or exceed customer expectations. You will join a dynamic, fast-paced, fun and collaborative work environment where you will help build and scale our business within both physical stores and online channels.
This role ensures that products are consistently produced and delivered to our customers to our quality expectations. You will be expected to drive activities across several stakeholder teams including Product Development, Category Managers, Food Safety, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and suppliers to ensure the maintenance of quality expectations for our food & beverage products.
This position will focus on monitoring product performance of launched products, managing trend analysis, customer complaint issue identification, facilitate product and process improvement initiatives with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams. This position will influence process improvements to commercialization processes and upstream product and supplier decisions through product quality benchmarking at category and subcategory levels, leveraging product testing and customer insights. This position will ensure robust quality performance reporting mechanisms, aligned with Worldwide Product Quality team to track program, product, and supplier performance metrics. The position will require resourcefulness and creativity to learn new tools and systems to identify opportunities to drive automation and simplification of data management.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, enjoy working with data and identifying trends from large data sets, have high attention to detail, strong vision for quality standards and programs, able to develop sound recommendations for product/process improvements. This candidate must be able to build and maintain strong interpersonal working relationships across teams and regions, able to earn trust and influence teams, be solution oriented, have solid problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate clearly (verbal and written) with technical and non-technical teams alike, and be motivated by a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Key job responsibilities
• Collaborate on quality programs implementation for both pre-launch and post-launch activities.
• Maintain inspection processes and ensure alignment with Amazon quality standards.
• Analyze customer feedback data to help identify product and process improvements.
• Track product performance through the Quality Surveillance program.
• Gather and organize data for business selection health assessments.
• Work with teams to enhance customer feedback monitoring systems.
• Participate in supplier technical assessments and quality probation reviews.
• Generate regular quality performance reports and metrics.
• Contribute to the development of process flows and SOPs across teams.
• Research and document opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.
A day in the life
You may start your day participating in an incident review meeting where you'll provide updates on investigations and corrective actions. Throughout the day, you'll analyze quality data, prepare investigation reports, and collaborate with teams to drive closure of quality incidents. You'll lead quality review meetings with cross-functional partners, including Sourcing, Packaging Engineers, Product Development, and Food Safety teams, to address quality concerns and implement improvements. Your time will be spent developing improvement strategies based on findings and ensuring effective communication of quality status across the organization. Success in this role may require balancing travel and in-office collaboration to drive comprehensive quality improvements.
