UPS Healthcare is rolling out a next-generation global electronic Quality Management System (eQMS). We’re looking for a Quality Systems Implementation Specialist to help us deliver it successfully across Europe. In this hybrid Quality + Systems role, you'll bridge the gap between global project teams and local operations, ensuring smooth implementation, training, and support. You'll work across compliance, operations, and technology, helping roll out a system that supports the safe, compliant, and timely movement of life-saving products. **Key responsibilities** + Act as the local point of contact for the eQMS roll-out across Italy + Coordinate data gathering and process readiness in preparation for go-live + Deliver and manage system training sessions with regional and local teams + Serve as a Qualified Trainer and first-line support for users during and after go-live + Monitor, escalate, and track user issues through appropriate support channels + Support validation and documentation activities where needed + Ensure all implementation activities comply with GxP, GDP, and local regulatory standards + Liaise closely with global project teams, QA, IT, and operations to ensure alignment **Your qualifications & experience** + A degree in Life Sciences, Quality, or a related field (preferred) + Experience in healthcare, pharma, or logistics environments, especially with quality systems implementation + Familiarity with eQMS platforms and regulatory frameworks such as GMP, GDP, and GxP + Fluent Italian and excellent English (spoken and written) + Strong coordination, training, and communication skills + Comfortable working independently, but with a collaborative mindset + Solid MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) + Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, change-driven projects **Want to be a part of something bigger?** Help us deliver innovation, quality, and care across the healthcare supply chain.
