Your Key Responsibilities
Quality Governance
Help maintain the Quality Management System and support compliance with ISO 9001;
Support the definition and review of process standards and KPIs;
Prepare and update Quality documents (Procedures, Work Instructions, forms);
Manage the monthly Quality newsletter and follow up on needed actions.
Audit Support
Coordinate activities related to System Audits;
Join the audits, check the audit reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
Customer Complaints & Product Quality
Manage Customer Complaints about products and services;
Support containment actions, root cause analysis, and implementation of solutions;
Work with internal teams and warehouses on non conformities, quality alerts or recalls.
Cross-Department Support & Continuous Improvement
Give support to different departments on product quality and governance topics;
Plan and coordinate quality control activities;
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
Prepare and maintain reports to monitor department performance;
Support regional projects when needed.
Experience
2–3 years of experience in Quality or similar roles inside a structured company
Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality standards
Technical Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or similar fields
Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Ability to prepare and update quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms)
Knowledge of non-conformities, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving tools
Experience with Customer Complaints
Optimal use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical skills to ensure reporting and data accuracy
