Quality Invoicing Analyst

And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary:** As a Quality Invoicing Analyst, you will be supporting the Rebate Finance department, which is responsible for administering all pharmaceutical manufacturer discount and pricing agreements. You will oversee the day-to-day processes of implementing contracts, analyzing prescription utilization data, and researching variances. In this role, you will analyze formulary and plan design data to determine eligibility for pharmaceutical manufacturer rebates, interpret contract guidelines, and resolve disputes. Analysts will interact with several teams, both within our own department and throughout the company, to verify contract implementation accuracy as well address the root cause of rebate invoice discrepancies. As a member of the team, you will help drive value for our clients by reducing their overall drug spend and ensuring proper rebate quality. If local to Northbrook, IL area, option to come in office if desired. **Required Qualifications:** + 1+ years of finance, healthcare or pharmacy experience (internships may be applied) + 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience, with an emphasis on Excel **Preferred Qualifications:** + Proven problem-solving skills with experience analyzing + Strong professional written and verbal communication skills + Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, pharmaceutical industry, and contracts is beneficial **Education:** + Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience, preferably with a concentration in Math, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related Pharmacy background **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $93,574.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
