Weigh, measure, and check materials, supplies, and equipment for the purpose of keeping relevant records.
Responsibilities:
Inspect stamped aerosol caps for dimensional accuracy and cosmetic defects.Perform first-piece inspections and in-process checks.Document inspection results and communicate non-conformances.Use precision measuring tools and maintain calibration records.Support root cause analysis for defects.Accuracy of inspections.Timeliness of reporting.Compliance with sampling plans.Education: No formal education required.
Experience: 6 months
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.Experience with metal stamping or similar manufacturing.Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T.Proficient with micrometers, calipers, gauges.Physical:
High noise, PPE required, fast-paced production floor.Related Experience: QUALITY, INSPECTORS, QC
