Description
\n\t\t\t\t\t Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of incoming materials, in process components, and finished products (including circuit breakers and related assemblies).\n Verify conformance to specifications, drawings, and quality standards using measuring tools, gauges, and electrical test equipment.\n Document inspection results, maintain accurate records in quality systems, and generate nonconformance reports (NCRs) as needed.\n Identify, segregate, and properly tag nonconforming material to prevent unintended use.\n Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities in collaboration with quality engineers and production teams.\n Conduct first article inspections (FAI) and approve process setups when required.\n Assist in calibration checks of measurement and test equipment to ensure accuracy.\n Maintain compliance with ISO, customer, and regulatory standards.\n Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the Bastrop Campus.\n Communicate effectively with production operators, supervisors, managers and engineers to resolve quality issues.\n Support Quality Manager and Plant Manager to handle audit and customer visit.\n Correct and repair products and components to make better quality\n Keep building and plant clean based on 5S\n Support operators to proceed assembly

\n\t\t\t\t\t1–3 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment (electrical/mechanical preferred).\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.\n Skilled in using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and electrical testing devices.\n Strong attention to detail and ability to detect nonconformities.\n Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\n Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP/MES systems) for data entry and reporting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
