PDS Tech Commercial is hiring experienced Quality Inspectors to support high-profile aircraft manufacturing program in Wichita, KS. If you’re detail-driven and passionate about quality, this is your opportunity to work on mission-critical aerospace structures that keep aircraft flying safely.

What You’ll Do

Inspect airframe parts and assemblies using blueprints, specs, and manuals

Accept or reject components to ensure compliance with aerospace standards

Perform precision measurements using inspection tools and test equipment

Complete inspection records, certifications, and quality documentation

Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams

Support continuous improvement and certification requirements

What We’re Looking For

Required

2+ years quality inspection experience

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Experience with precision measuring and inspection tools

Knowledge of Quality Management Systems

Computer proficiency

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred

NCR (Non-Conformance Report) writing experience

High-volume aerospace manufacturing background

Pay Details: $41.00 to $42.00 per hour
