Quality Inspector Lead
**Job Title: Quality Control lead** 4pm – 2:30pm mon – thur $21hr raise once converted _3+ years of manufacturing, repair, or warehouse quality experience_ _Experience in electronics repair, reverse logistics, remanufacturing, or testing environments is strongly preferred_ _Prior lead, or supervisory experience overseeing QC or QA associates_ **Responsibilities** supervise and mentor QC / QA technicians Monitor and enforce quality standards, procedures, and compliance Serve as first point of contact for quality‑related employee issues Conduct and verify inspection results on repaired or refurbished electronic devices Identify non‑conforming product, root causes, and corrective actions Track and document quality metrics, defects, and performance trends Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams Assist HR with injury documentation and attendance tracking Maintain a positive, accountable work environment contact Adriana Vargas if intrested, APPLY NOW **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carpentersville, IL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
