Job Title: Quality Inspector 2nd Shift

2pm-10pm Monday-Friday $21/hr

Job Description

Join our team as a Quality Inspector where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards on the production line. You will partner with production leads to conduct full inspection processes, including incoming, in-process, first piece, and final inspections. Your role will involve measuring packaging materials and recording any issues or disruptions with machinery. You will maintain communication logs from the first shift team to ensure seamless transitions. Utilizing tools such as gauges and micrometers, you will verify compliance and measure particulates as small as .8 sq mm. This role requires the ability to carry up to 40 lbs and to remain standing throughout your shift.

ResponsibilitiesWork on the production line and assist with the full inspection process.Perform product inspections for incoming, in-process, first piece, and final inspections.Measure packaging materials and record any issues or machine disruptions.Maintain communication logs from the first shift team.Use gauges and micrometers to ensure compliance.Measure particulates up to as small as .8 sq mm.Carry up to 40 lbs and stand during the shift on the production line.Essential Skills2 years of quality control inspection experience in a production environment.2 years of documentation experience.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.1 year of experience with micrometers or calipers.Proficiency in reading a ruler and tape measure with 1/16th and 1/32 of an inch graduation.Bilingual skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
