⭐ What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key player in ensuring every part meets the highest standards—whether for aerospace, military, or commercial applications.

Daily ResponsibilitiesUse height gauges, pin gauges, calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision tools.Inspect and audit products using variable and attribute measuring equipment.Read and interpret blueprints, including GD&T requirements.Apply aerospace, military, and industry specifications to inspection processes.Perform conventional inspections using standard gauging methods.Work with advanced vision systems such as Keyence, CMM, and Zeiss.Conduct First Part Buy Off, Receiving, In‑Process, Final, and First Article Inspections.Review and analyze CMM reports to determine part acceptance.Communicate with Engineering, Production, and other departments to resolve issues.Complete Work Order operations and document nonconforming product.Support scheduled shop audits and ensure quality standards are consistently met.Maintain and issue gaging to the manufacturing floor.Follow established procedures and ensure proper care of equipment.⭐ What You BringExperience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 documentation.Ability to confidently use mechanical inspection tools without additional training.Strong understanding of quality control, visual inspection, and measurement processes.Blueprint reading skills, including GD&T.Aerospace industry experience is a plus.A proactive mindset—comfortable asking questions, learning processes, and contributing to improvements.⭐ Why You’ll Love Working HereClimate‑controlled, exceptionally clean facility designed for comfort and efficiency.Guaranteed 3% company 401(k) contribution—even if you don’t contribute.Start with one week of PTO immediately, plus Minnesota sick pay.Long‑term stability with an average employee tenure of over 10 years.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.Company‑paid life insurance.Potential year‑end bonuses based on company performance.A supportive culture with an open‑door Quality Manager and a collaborative Director of Operations who encourages cross‑training and growth.⭐ Work EnvironmentClean, organized job‑shop setting with a strong team‑first culture.Casual dress code (closed‑toe shoes required) with PPE provided.A leadership team committed to communication, learning, and continuous improvement.

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $66560.00/yr.

- Climate Controlled and super clean \n- Guaranteed 3% company contribution to 401k (not a match. For example, if you put in 6% they put 3% and if you put 0% they put 3%)\n- 1 weeks PTO right away plus the Minnesota sick pay on top of that \n- Average tenure is 10+ years\n- Life Insurance\n- Health, dental, vision, etc... (their benefits for a single person are very phenomenal)\n- Sometimes will have a bonus at the end of the year depending on company performance/profits
