**Job Title: Quality Inspector** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Quality Inspector in our plastics-focused machine shop. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing quality control with on-the-job training and growth potential. **Responsibilities** + Perform visual inspections of plastic parts for defects, inconsistencies, and overall quality. + Use basic hand tools and gauges with provided training. + Document inspection results and communicate findings to the production team. + Assist with packaging and labeling of inspected parts. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Follow safety protocols and company procedures. **Essential Skills** + Inspection and quality control expertise. + Mechanical aptitude with dexterity for measuring small parts. + Self-starter who is curious and eager to learn. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Willingness to learn and take direction. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, blueprint reading, and CMM. + Reliable and punctual. **Why Work Here?** Experience a potential pay increase and eligibility for company benefits.
