Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts availablePerform visual and dimensional inspections on incoming and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product specifications.Accurately document inspection results and report any non-conformances.Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.Quality Inspector Qualifications:
• Visual and dimensional inspection of machined parts
• Mastery in the application and use of precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, Tri-mics, CMM, thread gages, etc.
• 1 yr Mechanical Inspection experience in a Machine Shop Environment
• Technical understanding and experience with machining processes, inspection techniques, tools, and materials associated with CNC Machines, Mills, Lathes, Saws, etc
